Cancellation & Refund is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of cancellation, exchange, replacement and / or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. Under this Policy all the ordered items can be cancelled by user before order being shipped or conifremd by Sellers or Febino Management.

In case the Ordered item is Technically non-functional as per Web Site Listing Declaration or Febino Policy then within 7 days  of Product Delivery - the Ordered item can be returned to Febino and replacement of the same type of Product would be delivered to the user by the Respective Seller and Febino Management Team.

In case of any material damage due to any mis-handling or misuse , the return or replacement claim would not be accepted.

Refund of Ordered Items will be processed by the Febino Management with in 7 to 10 Days and the wmount will be sent to User / Customer bank account where from the amount was paid during ordering the Product..
